I photograph underwater.
In 2008 I traveled to Honduras to photograph whale sharks. I wanted to create a life size portrait of a whale shark. I worked with the scientists stationed on the island of Utila; for 10 days, at the peak f the whale-shark-season, we searched the waters around the island, and all we found was an EMPTY OCEAN.
